One of the main components in a Residential Property's Marketing Program is the brand identity of the building. This identity should express the "personality" of the property and convey the building's style and main characteristics to the potential building buyers.

Residential Property Websites
The property’s website is another area where branding is critical. Fonts, colors and property branding must carry over and be consistent to the print marketing. Also all websites should now be “responsive" in their design to adapt to various browser windows, when the viewer moves from the desktop, to a tablet, to a mobile device.
Older websites do not adjust to various widths, and the desktop version is displayed in all view ports, often unreadable because it is so small.
